Central Florida Crusaders To Hold Open Tryouts For Players

The Central Florida Crusaders of the National Indoor Soccer League (NISL) have scheduled open tryouts for interested players on Saturday, October 22 at the XL Soccer World Winter Park (825 Courtland St, Orlando, FL 32804). Registration and Check-in will take place starting at 12:00 pm, with tryouts taking place until 4:00 pm.

Crusaders Head Coach Tom Traxler, along with his coaching staff, will be in attendance to evaluate and assess all players.

" Being involved in and around Orlando soccer for the last few decades, I have seen the quality of players here in town," Traxler said, "I'm sure that we'll find a few players for each team through this process."

Those attending the tryouts must be at least 16 years of age. Additionally, players under 18 must have a parent or guardian present who will be required to sign a participation/permission waiver on their behalf. The cost per player is $50 pre-registration, online at https://www.cflcrusaders.com/tryout-registration or $75 on the day of the event (cash only).

The Crusaders begin play in December in the Addition Financial Arena on the campus of UCF, with 10 home games in both a Men’s and Women’s Division, played in a doubleheader format. Season tickets are on sale now, go to https://www.cflcrusaders.com/season-tickets for more information.
