David Smalls Joins Crusaders Ownership Group

David is originally from Charleston, SC, and moved to Jacksonville in 1995 and has been here off and on ever since. He served 5 years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate and instructor. 

He is an enthusiastic sports fan and can’t wait to join the team. He currently works for a company that manages care for workers comp claimants. He is over the Product Finance teams and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
